Class Descriptions
Module 1: Anatomy and Language
Commit to knowing your anatomy. In this first step of the journey we will learn the science behind our pussy. Allowing us to engage in an honest way with our bodies. Understanding the vocabulary gives us a language. Without language there is no relationship. This first class sets the foundation for pussy engagement and understanding. Bringing our unique physicality to the surface you will begin to take a look at and acknowledge your pussy. These are the first steps in developing a healthy relationship her.
Module 2: The Quest of the Goddess
The story of the Goddess has been buried, abused and objectified. Over the past 5,000 years of patriarchal rule our stories have been forgotten. In class 2 you will learn what most history books bypass. The stories of the women who came before you. Their story is your story. We will cover histories of sisterhood, vulnerability, heroism and overall dope women that were doing the work long before we were born. We honor and remember our lineage. This class allows you to know your own capabilities by learning about those who came before you.
Module 3: Cycles, Seasons and Magic
Pussies are cyclical entities. Our syncopation with the moon, our ebb and flow within our own bodies rhythms and the connection we have with our natural world is real. Get to know why tracking your menstrual cycle will allow you to know yourself better. Start to see patterns in your own experience so you can navigate your experience with foresight and clarity of choice. Awaken to the rites of passage that have been forgotten in our culture. Honoring the maiden, mother and crone in yourself and all women.
Module 4: Sexual Reclamation and Pleasure
Let’s talk about Sex!! This class is always fun. We traverse various territories ranging from self pleasure practices to breath work for holding pleasure in the body. We define pleasure, sexuality and turn on. Remembering our sexual energies and the power they hold in activating our fullest expression. This class is for you to remember your appetite for life and your capacity for pleasure. Ready to get turned on?
Module 5: Unconditional Love
Remember that love is all encompassing. In this class we remember that to truly choose freedom one must love all parts of themselves. There is no room for stifling the parts that we don’t enjoy. Our humanness is calling us to wake up and embrace it all. Every misstep, every fallback, every breakdown, every sorrow all in service to love. Without shadow the light would not be seen. In this class you will learn to see your love in all it’s darkness and all it’s light. With tender care we traverse the stuff we’ve been programmed to avoid. Remembering that love is always the bottom line.
Module 6: Tapped In and Turned On
Class 6, the last class, is all about celebration. This is the graduation ceremony! We tap into the most underutilized resource on the planet...women!! Come to this final class with an open heart, mind and pussy. I don’t want to spoil the surprise of this one so I won’t say much else. Just trust that this is a party you don’t want to miss. Your alumni status awaits!
